Please select the option that best matches your situation.
Option 1: Moving into an Existing Home or Business?
Use this if the property already has water/sewer connections and you are simply transferring the billing into your name (e.g., new property owner, new tenant, or changing roommates).
Required for: New Owners, Landlords, and Tenants.
To activate your account, you must complete the Service Activation & Regulatory Acknowledgment. This digital form establishes your billing account and ensures compliance with Federal Lead & Copper (LCRR) notification requirements.
What you will need:
-
Service Address and Start Date.
-
Property Owner’s Name (if renting).
-
Digital acceptance of the District's Terms of Service.
Option 2: New Construction or New Connection?
Use this only if you are building a new structure or connecting a property to the District's system for the first time. This involves physical construction and inspection.
Required for: Builders, Developers, and Property Owners installing new lines.
To install a new tap, you must submit the Permit Application and pay the associated tap fees. The permit application is available at the bottom of this page.
-
Note: New connections also require a registered contractor and a District inspection before service is activated.
