New Online Payment Portal

Starting February 11, 2025, the Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District will be using SmartPayWorks as our new online payment portal. Follow these simple steps to set up your account and start managing your payments online.
Step-by-Step Account Setup Guide
- Visit the SmartPayWorks Portal:
- Go to the SmartPayWorks Login Page (https://smartpayworks.com/authenticate/login/)
- Create a New Account:
- Click on the "Create User Account" link.
- Enter your 9-digit account number and the full account name exactly as it appears on your statement, including spaces and commas
- Provide your email address and confirm it.
- Find Your Account:
- Click "Find Account" to locate your bill. Ensure that your last name and account number are entered correctly, including any special characters.
- Set Up Your Login Details:
- Once your account is found, create a password for your new account.
- Confirm your password and complete any additional required fields.
- Verify Your Email:
- Check your email for a verification link from SmartPayWorks.
- Click the link to verify your email address and activate your account.
- Log In and Manage Your Payments:
- Return to the SmartPayWorks Login Page.
- Enter your email and password to log in.
- Once logged in, you can view your bills, make payments, and manage your account settings.
